本文从法律出版物和网上法律资源两个方面分别介绍韩国法律文献,试图向读者提供一些简便实用的检索方法和途径。法律出版物主要介绍韩国法律法规汇编及其中译本、判例汇编和参考工具书;网上资源以介绍政府网站为主,并着重介绍这些网站的英文网页及其所含英文法律信息。
This article introduces Korean legal documents from legal publications and on-line legal resources, trying to provide readers with some simple and practical retrieval methods and ways. Legal publications mainly introduce the compilation of laws and regulations in South Korea, translations of the laws and regulations, compilation of case reports and reference books. The online resources are mainly government websites. The English pages of these websites and their English legal information are also highlighted.
