1995年5月,对某实验动物中心发生的肾综合征出血热(HFRS),进行调查。结果,显性感染1例;隐性感染34例,隐性感染率为37.78%。实验用鼠和狗的抗HFRS阳性率分别为37.65%、14.29%。发生原因是野鼠窜入动物室内将HFRSV传给实验动物所致。病例-对照分析表明,养鼠、与鼠接触年限、被鼠咬伤,是此次感染的危险因素;主要传播途径是密切接触实验动物,包括通过破损皮肤粘膜而感染。
In May 1995, hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) in an experimental animal center was investigated. Results, 1 case of dominant infection; 34 cases of latent infection, the latent infection rate was 37.78%. The anti-HFRS positive rates of experimental mice and dogs were 37.65% and 14.29% respectively. The reason is that the wild rats flee into the animal’s room and transmit the HFRSV to the experimental animals. Case-control analysis showed that feeding rats, contact with the mouse life, bitten by rats, is a risk factor for the infection; the main route of transmission is in close contact with experimental animals, including through the damage of skin and mucous membranes and infection.
