如果说2004年的空前繁荣让不少其它行业的投资者蠢蠢欲动,那么今天这种欲望就要审慎待之的了,没有相当的自有资金,不解决项目运作期间后续现金流的平衡,恐怕也很难再有空手套白狼的神奇传说了。
If the unprecedented prosperity in 2004 made investors in many other industries just around the corner, then this desire should be treated with caution today.
