1国内水泥企业利用废弃物的情况1.1应用情况我国在利用水泥工业处置和利用可燃性废弃物方面尚处于试验和起步阶段,从上世纪90年代中后期开始,上海金山水泥厂于1996年进行试烧,并对熟料及大气质量进行了同步监测,此项技术已通过上海科委的鉴定。北京水泥厂于1999年4月开始进行试验,试烧废料约2000kg,主要处理了废油墨、废染料、矿物油、有机废液、油漆、丙烯酸树脂等。在试验过程中对排放的废气进行同期监测,并
