In spite of the economic instability and the less whole-hearted acceptance of unfettered foreign investment by Asian countries, South-East Asia will remain the first country to attract the interest of foreign countries to reinvest. This is what the U.S. investment advisory firm Arthur J. Reiter explained in a report. The report said that Southeast Asia is currently one of the most attractive places for world trade and investment because of its abundant natural resources, cheap labor force, expanding market and relatively stable economic and political system. Arthur Ritter’s report underscores the region’s wealth of natural resources projects on the world market, such as oil, metal mines, forest products and certain food products.
