为进一步了解列当Orobanche coerulescens全草的化学成分。采用大孔树脂柱色谱、硅胶柱色谱和反相ODS柱色谱等色谱分离技术对列当O.coerulescens全草中的化学成分进行了系统地分离和纯化,通过NMR和MS等波谱学方法确定了分离得到的化合物的化学结构。从列当全草的50%乙醇提取物中分离得到1个新的苯乙醇苷类化合物,鉴定为2-(3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯基)-乙醇-1-O-[(1→3)-O-α-L-鼠李糖基-4,6-O-二阿魏酰基]-β-D-葡萄糖苷。化合物1为新的苯乙醇苷类化合物,命名为列当苷B。经抑菌活性筛选,列当苷B具有一定的抑菌活性,为列当的主要活性成分之一,为该药材进一步活性研究和质量标准研究奠定了基础。
To learn more about the chemical composition of the whole plant of Orobanche coerulescens. The chemical constituents of O. coerulescens were systematically isolated and purified by chromatographic techniques such as macroporous resin column chromatography, silica gel column chromatography and reversed-phase ODS column chromatography. The chemical constituents were identified by NMR and MS spectroscopy The chemical structure of the isolated compound is isolated. A new phenylethanoid glycoside compound was isolated from 50% ethanol extract of Radix Rehmanniae and identified as 2- (3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl) -ethanol-1-O- [ 1 → 3) -O-α-L-rhamnosyl-4,6-O-dimeruloyl] -β-D-glucoside. Compound 1 is a new phenylethanoid glycoside compound named glycoside B. Antibacterial activity screening, glycosides B has a certain antibacterial activity, as one of the main active ingredient, which lays the foundation for further study of the medicinal herbs and quality standards.
