原油储罐的沸溢是油罐消防中的难题。从沸溢现象产生的原因分析了沸溢发生的条件:①原油具有移动热波特性;②原油中含有水;③原油具有一定粘度,能形成油泡沫;④油面上空间不能容纳其膨胀量。原油热波特性的表征参数有传播速度、稳定高温层温度和燃烧速度,通过实验数据给出了这些参数与原油的组成、储油罐直径、含水率的关系。根据原油发生沸溢的特点和危害,提出了在油罐灭火中应注意的问题,即正确掌握灭火时间和沸溢时间,避免水进入罐中。
Boiling oil tank overflow is a tank fire problems. The condition of boiling over is analyzed from the reason of boiling over phenomenon: ① crude oil has mobile thermal wave characteristic; ② crude oil contains water; ③ crude oil has certain viscosity and can form oil foam; ④ oil surface space can not accommodate its expansion the amount. The characterization parameters of the thermal wave properties of crude oil are the propagation velocity, the temperature of stable high temperature layer and the burning rate. The relationship between these parameters and the composition of crude oil, the diameter of oil storage tank and the moisture content is given through experimental data. According to the characteristics and hazards of boiling over of crude oil, the problems that should be paid attention to in the extinguishing of oil tank are put forward, that is, to correctly grasp the time of fire extinguishing and the time of boiling over to avoid the water entering the tank.
