在传统的中国社会关系里,家庭关系是其核心组成部分,家庭成员关系是中国人社会关系中最必不可少的关系,中国人对“家”有着强烈的认同感和依赖感。本文从家族所有权和管理权以及代际涉入后的变化等方面,探讨了家族所有者管理对家族公司治理的影响。
In the traditional Chinese social relations, family relations are its core components. Family members’ relations are the most essential relationship among the Chinese social relations. Chinese people have a strong sense of identity and dependence on “family ”. This article explores the impact of family-owner management on the governance of family-owned companies in terms of family ownership and management rights and changes after intergenerational involvement.
