本调查报告总结尚在进行之中的四会市商业企业 (包括供销社 )以改变国有企业职工身份、停止国有小企业经营活动为基本特征的改革情况 ,分析其改革的各种形式如售卖、破产、关停等 ,从上至下的改革程序 ,对改革后的市场结构变化、各当事人在改革中的状况进行评价 ,提出了对改革理论和改革决策的启示性意见。
This investigation report summarizes the ongoing reform of the state-owned enterprises (including supply and marketing cooperatives) in Sihui City, which change the status of state-owned enterprises and stop the operation of state-owned small enterprises, and analyze various forms of the reform such as sales, Bankruptcy, shutting down, top-down reform process, evaluation of the market structure after the reform and the status of the parties in the reform, and put forward the enlightenment opinions on the reform theory and the reform and decision-making.
