电子废物的高增长性、高危害性、高价值性,决定了必须依据循环经济的社会经济发展模式,建立起符合我国国情的电子废物循环利用体系。本文研究了循环经济的理念、原则及其对电子废物循环利用的指导意义,得出了基于循环经济的电子废物循环利用的内涵和要求;以长三角地区为例,研究了我国电子废物循环利用的现状;最后结合我国实际情况,指出了电子废物循环利用中亟待解决的问题。
