地方本科高校向应用技术型大学转型的建设格局逐步形成,建设一支了解环境设计行业规范和设计标准、设计工作经验丰富、实践教学能力强的专兼职结合的“双师型”教师队伍,是应用技术型大学环境设计专业发展的关键所在。通过分析地方本科院校环境设计专业教师的现状和存在的问题,提出环境设计专业“双师型”教师队伍建设的有效途径。
