《中国档案报》2010年11月1日刊登陈菲文章谈不可小视档案馆中的可吸入颗粒物。文章说,可吸入颗粒物的来源主要分为外源和内源。档案馆环境不是完全密闭的,无疑会受到周边环境的影响。外源为一些污染源直接排放的颗粒物,建筑业和汽车飞尘被认为是城市粗粒子的两个重要来源。内源主要是从事整理档案、打扫库房、缩微拍摄、复印等活动都会使档案馆环境中的可吸入颗粒物有所增加。空气颗粒物中的灰尘对纸张的危害主要是机械磨损纸张、增加酸碱对档案的影响,使纸张发生粘结而形成“档案砖”。
