伴随着新中国建设和发展的坚实脚步,广东统计工作在风风雨雨、曲曲直直的道路上走过了50个春秋。我在统计部门工作了23年,亲眼目睹、亲身感受到了这20多年来统计工作所发生的巨大变化:统计服务的内容更深广了,统计方法更科学了,统计手段更先进了,统计与社会经济、人民生活联系得更紧密了。通过上上下下、千千万万统计人的艰辛努力,统计工作终于赢得了她应当得到的社会地位。
Accompanied by the solid footsteps of the construction and development of new China, Guangdong’s statistics work has gone through 50 years of spring and autumn along the road of ups and downs. I have worked in the statistics department for 23 years and witnessed first-hand the tremendous changes that have taken place in statistics over the past 20 years: more extensive statistical services, more scientific statistical methods, more advanced statistical means, statistics and society Economy, people’s life more closely linked. Through the arduous efforts of hundreds of thousands of statisticians, the statistical work finally won the social status she deserved.
