在毛主席革命路线的指引下,在我厂党委的支持和领导下,高举“鞍钢宪法”的光辉旗帜,开门办科研,由有实践经验的工人师傅及设计人员参加,成立了三结合试验小组,于今年3～6月份,在我厂产品M8312型凸轮轴磨床上进行了凸轮靠模的“一次反靠及其互换”的试验。经过一系列反靠和磨削试验,我们对影响凸轮曲线精度的各种因素初步摸索到了一些规律,在做到凸轮靠模于本机床上一次反靠成功的基础上,进一步达到了凸轮靠模在同型号机床间的互换,从而为向用户提供凸轮靠模创造了条件。现将我们试验情况简单介绍如下。
