在“世界海员日”新闻发布会上,交通运输部海事局副局长杨新宅还公布了第四批便利船员服务清单,包括六项内容:一是提供内河船员证书信息公开查询。关注“幸福船员”微信,在“微信息”—“证书信息”—“内河船员证书”查询15规则内河船员证书信息。二是实现船员准考证或考试通知书电子化。自2017年10月1日起,船员通过“幸福船员”微信可以查询本人的电子版准考证或考试通知书;考生可以仅凭身份证参加船员理论考试,无需携带准考证或考试通知书。
