提出了智能三坐标测量机视觉系统的在线标定技术。根据摄像机标定的基本原理,利用三坐标测量机沿x、y、z轴移动和正交精度都很高的特点,三坐标测量机带动待标定摄像机产生和白色陶瓷标准球球心(标定特征点)在x、y、z轴方向上的相对平动,得到标定特征点在测头坐标系中不同位置的坐标。引入测头坐标系,建立了该项标定技术的数学模型,给出了标定步骤,组建了标定系统。智能三坐标测量机视觉参数在线标定系统与专用标定系统的比对标定精度在±1μm以内,完全满足工程实际精度要求。
The online calibration technology of the intelligent CMM vision system is proposed. According to the basic principle of camera calibration, using the characteristics of CMM moving along the x, y and z axes and high quadrature precision, the CMM drives the camera to be calibrated to generate the white ceramic standard ball center (calibration feature point ) In the x, y, z-axis relative translational motion, to get the coordinates of the calibration feature points in different positions in the probe coordinate system. The probe coordinate system is introduced, the mathematical model of the calibration technique is established, the calibration procedure is given, and the calibration system is established. The calibration accuracy of on-line calibration system and special calibration system for visual parameters of CMM is within ± 1μm, which fully meets the actual project requirements.
