本文报道了199450名入出境人员HIV抗体检测结果,发现36名阳性,阳性率为0.018％,其中男性阳性率为0.021％,女性阳性率为0.009％。男妇性别、各年龄组、各种职业之间阳性率的差异均无显著性。阳性检出率逐年上升,1989年为0.01％、1990年为0.008％、1991年为0.011％、1992年为0.021％、1993年为0.035％。作者对艾滋病的流行、传入情况进行了讨论,提出了预防艾滋病传入的建议。
In this paper, we report the HIV antibody test results of 199450 entry-exit personnel and found that 36 were positive and the positive rate was 0.018%. The positive rate of male was 0.021% and the positive rate of female was 0.009%. There was no significant difference in the positive rates of males and females, all age groups and occupations. The positive detection rate increased year by year, from 0.01% in 1989 to 0.008% in 1990, from 0.01% in 1991 to 0.021% in 1992 and from 0.035% in 1993. The author discussed the prevalence and transmission of AIDS and put forward suggestions for preventing the transmission of AIDS.
