心血管病的发病率和死亡率都居美国首位,因此美国心脏学会(A-HA)为预防本病推出了新的饮食指南,操作更切合实际,很值得我们参考。新指南认为饮食仅仅是健康生活方式的一部分,饮食和活动是不可分的,两者都联系到整个生活方式。新指南的目标是促使:1、食用完全健康的饮食:2、达到健康体重(体质指数BMI18.5—24.9)我国应稍低<23);3、合适的血脂水平(低密度脂蛋白 LDL<100mg/d1,高密度脂蛋白HDL女>50mg/d1,男>40mg/d1,甘油三酯TG<150mg/d1);4、血压正常(120/80毫米汞柱);5、血糖正常(空腹血糖≤5.6毫摩尔/升);6、参与体力活动:7、禁烟及不吸二手烟。新指南的具体要求:1、在饮食摄取热卡和体力活动消耗热能间取得平衡,以达到或保持健康体重;2、多吃蔬菜及水果,尤其是深色蔬果;3、选全谷、高纤维食物;4、至少每周吃两次
