有关正常肺泡呼吸音产生的部位和机理至今已研究和争论了100多年.本文应用各种滤波的方法,研究肺泡呼吸音的吸气与呼气成分及其特性,从而阐述了产生的部位及机理。方法作者精选5名符合标准的正常男性为受试者,年龄24~48岁,身体健康,不吸烟。肺部听诊呼吸音正常,无任何异位音。选用声频在2Hz 和10KHz 陶瓷传声器,将传声器置于已备皮的心前区和心尖部的胸壁上。并将传声器密封在带有气室的铝盒内,空气通过20号针头排出。受试者在非隔音室内静坐,于潮气呼吸状态下同时记录肺呼吸音、Ⅱ导心电图(ECG)、口腔气流量和肺容量.每人都记录20~30次潮气呼吸,从中选择声音信号好、无干扰的
The site and mechanism of the normal alveolar breath sounds have been studied and controversial for more than 100 years.This paper applies a variety of filtering methods to study the inspiratory and expiratory components of alveolar breath sounds and their characteristics, . Methods The authors selected five normal male subjects as subjects, aged 24 to 48 years old, healthy and non-smoking. Pulmonary auscultation normal breath sounds, no any abnormal sound. Selection of audio at 2Hz and 10KHz ceramic microphone, the microphone placed in the prostatic anterior heart area and apical chest wall. The microphone is sealed in an aluminum box with a gas chamber and the air is discharged through a 20 gauge needle. Subjects were seated in non-acoustically-conditioned rooms and lung breath sounds, Ⅱ electrocardiogram (ECG), oral airflow and lung volume were recorded at the same time in the tidal breathing state. Each person recorded 20-30 tidal breaths, and the sound signal was selected from them , Without interference
