水泥混凝土路面板底脱空现象是一种常见病害,脱空严重时路面结构会出现错台、断板等问题,影响路面结构的正常使用。脱空的防治必须贯彻预防与治理相结合的指导思想,采取有针对性的措施。文章结合320国道上饶段水泥混凝土路面加铺的工程实践,探讨了板底脱空的防治技术对策,进行了注浆的室内试验设计和施工控制,重点考察了注浆技术在该路段脱空处治中的应用效果,为我国重载水泥混凝土路面结构板底脱空的治理技术提供了参照。
The phenomenon of void from the bottom of cement concrete pavement is a common disease. When the void is serious, the pavement structure will have problems such as wrong platform and broken plate, which will affect the normal use of pavement structure. Vaccination prevention and treatment must implement the guiding ideology of combining prevention and treatment and take targeted measures. Combining with the engineering practice of paving the cement concrete pavement on Shangrao section of National Highway 320, the article discusses the countermeasures for prevention and control of void on the bottom and conducts the indoor test design and construction control of grouting. The emphases are given on the grouting technology in this section, In the application of the effect of China’s overloaded concrete pavement structure of the board emptying control technology provides a reference.
