改革开放,为我国企业发展提供了一个相对宽松、自由的环境。在这样的环境下,我国企业得到迅猛发展,与此同时企业诚信问题也越来越突出,企业之间不正当的竞争愈演愈烈。虚假广告、虚假的企业财务报告、“以假乱真”的产品等企业“失信”行为充斥着国民的生活,“企业诚信”越来越受到社会的关注。本文重点研究诚信的经济性,通过文献研究、举例论证、对比论证、静态博弈论等方法,来说明诚信对企业经济效益不可或缺的推动意义,让企业和政府更多的关注到诚信这一领域。
Reform and opening up have provided a relatively relaxed and free environment for the development of our country’s enterprises. In this environment, the rapid development of Chinese enterprises, at the same time, the problem of corporate integrity is also more and more prominent, the unfair competition between enterprises intensified. Fake advertisements, fake corporate financial reports, “dishonesty” and other corporate “dishonesty ” acts are flooding the lives of the people, “corporate integrity ” more and more by the community’s attention. This paper focuses on the economics of honesty and credit, through literature research, case studies, comparison and argumentation, static game theory and other methods to illustrate the integrity of corporate economic efficiency is indispensable to promote the meaning, so that enterprises and governments pay more attention to the integrity of this field.
