近日,由中国出版工作者协会、中国书刊发行业协会、中国新华书店协会联合制定的《图书公平交易规则》正式出台,其中要求网上书店卖新书不得低于8.5折。此消息一出,引发广大质疑,认为该规定不合理,有打击网店、推行垄断之嫌,而且在书价虚高的今天,此举有可能让广大“书虫”更加难以品味书香。

This news came out, aroused widespread suspicion, that the provisions of unreasonable, crack down on online stores, the implementation of the suspicion of monopoly, but also in today’s high book prices, the move may make the majority of “bookworm” more difficult to taste the scent .
