财务管理是行政事业单位管理中最为重要的组成部分,行政事业单位良好的运营环境离不开财务管理。尤其是在市场经济飞速发展和世界经济一体化趋势日趋加强的今天,行政事业单位面临国内和国际两个复杂的市场竞争环境,财务管理对行政事业单位就显得更为重要。行政事业单位是社会职能部门。资金安全、合理的应用是财务管理的主要目标。本文从当前行政事业单位财务管理的现状出发,分析当前我国行政事业单位在财务管理方面存在的问题以及问题形成的原因,并进一步提出了解决上述问题的对策。

Based on the current situation of financial management in administrative units, this article analyzes the existing problems of financial management of administrative units in our country and the causes of the problems, and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the above problems.
