临汾市社会体育指导员参与指导服务的影响因素分析

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等科研方法进行分析研究。结果显示:社指参加服务次数过多;时间过长;地点多集中在开放性强的广场与公园;指导的项目偏单一,多为健身操和武术;每次进行指导时人数多,规模大的占多数。建议增多地方培训基地,加大培养力度。加多免费提供技能培训机会。将参与社会健身指导服务列入在校公益活动。
