创新是国家民族实现跨越式发展的源动力。计算机财务管理课程是财务管理专业和会计专业开设的专业课,这两个专业的学生具有谨慎认真、按规章办事、缺少创新能力等特点。为培养学生的创新思维,激发学生的创造力,应将计算机财务管理课程重新定位,对课程的教学方法与教学程序进行重新设计,由以前的培养应用能力为主转变为培养创新思维为主。同时为了保障课程改革顺利实施,还应建立科学的激励考评机制,不断提高任课教师的专业水平。
Innovation is the motive force for realizing the leapfrog development of the nation nation. Computer financial management course is a specialized course for financial management major and accounting major. These two major students are cautious and conscientious, act according to rules and regulations and lack of innovation ability. In order to cultivate students ’innovative thinking and arouse students’ creativity, the course of computer finance management should be reoriented, and the teaching methods and teaching procedures of the course should be redesigned from the previous training of application ability to the cultivation of innovative thinking. At the same time, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the curriculum reform, we should also establish a scientific incentive evaluation mechanism to continuously improve the professional level of teachers.
