室内混凝土地面的常见施工工艺为:找标高、弹面层水平线→基层处理→洒水湿润→抹灰饼→冲筋→浇筑细石混凝土→抹面层压光→养护。这种施工工艺对于一般的室内混凝土地面是可行的,但对于车间、仓库之类面积非常大的混凝土地面,上述施工工艺就不能满足要求了,其原因主要是表面平整度极难达到要求。对于大面积混凝土地面,采用支侧模、分段浇筑、振动梁振捣、压辊滚压的工艺,可取得较好的效果。现将具体施工工艺介
