“两会”程序报道是中央授权新华社的一项重要报道任务。长期以来,新华社努力探索“两会”程序报道的规律和特点,形成了一套行之有效的报道方式,但久而久之,程序报道也出现了模式化倾向。 中央转变会风、改进文风的要求,为“两会”程序报道创新提供了动力。以“贴近实际、贴近群众、贴近生活”为指导,新华社大胆改进程序报道,取得可喜成绩,原本严肃单调的程序报道,变得“有血有肉”、立体可感。
The “two sessions” procedural report is an important task of the central authority to authorize Xinhua News Agency. For a long time, Xinhua News Agency has made great efforts to explore the laws and characteristics of the procedures reported in the “two sessions” and has formed a set of effective reporting methods. However, as time passes, procedural reports have also appeared to have modeled tendency. The central government’s desire to change attitudes and style of writing has provided impetus for the innovation of reporting on the “two sessions” procedure. Guided by “being practical, close to the masses, and living close to the people”, Xinhua News Agency boldly improved its procedures and reported gratifying results. The originally monotonous procedural report has become “full of flesh and blood” with three-dimensional sense.
