从密植果园说起密植果园,是今后果树发展的方向。从光合作用来分析,一般株距2~3米远的果园,4~5年左右,树冠就相互连接,能充分利用光能,达到早期丰产。还有,密植比稀植接受阳光的面积大,光能利用率高,所以也容易丰产。但是,像北京西郊自家疃的苹果园,一亩地只有十来棵大树,前年亩产却高达1万斤以上。那么稀植果树丰产的原因又在哪里呢?这就与树体的合理结构有关了。
