治疗方案 目前,类风湿关节炎的治疗包括药物治疗、外科治疗和心理康复治疗等。药物治疗多种多样。当前国内应用的药物,包括中草药均不能完全控制关节破坏,而只能缓解疼痛、减轻或延缓炎症的发展。 治疗类风湿关节炎的常用药物分为四大类,即非甾体类抗炎药(NSAIDs)、改善病情的抗风湿药(DMARDs)、糖皮质激素和植物药。
