目的:建立小鼠生殖道解脲支原体感染的动物模型,为进一步研究中医药抗支原体感染的疗效机制提供动物模型。方法:BALB/C小鼠46只,随机分为4组。采用注射外源性雌激素(苯甲酸雌二醇),阴道接种解脲支原体标准菌株的方法,建立小鼠生殖道解脲支原体感染的模型。结果:给支原体菌液浓度为2.5×105ccu/mL的小鼠全部感染成功。感染后小鼠有生殖道支原体感染的症状表现。组织病理学检查提示解脲支原体感染可逆行波及上生殖道器官。结论:通过组织形态学观察证明UU具有致病性,可造成生殖道炎症改变,并成功建立了解脲支原体感染雌性小鼠致生殖道炎症的模型。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an animal model of Ureaplasma urealyticum infection in the reproductive tract of mice and provide an animal model for further study on the therapeutic mechanism of anti-mycoplasma infection by Chinese medicine. Methods: 46 BALB / C mice were randomly divided into 4 groups. Uterine injection of exogenous estrogen (estradiol benzoate), vaginal inoculation Ureaplasma urealyticum standard strain method to establish a model of genital Ureaplasma urealyticum infection in mice. Results: All the mice infected with mycobacteria were 2.5 × 105ccu / mL. Mycoplasma infection in mice after infection symptoms. Histopathological examination suggested Ureaplasma urealyticum infection can reverse the upper genital tract infection. Conclusion: The pathogenicity of UU is proved by histomorphological observation, which can cause the inflammation of reproductive tract. And the model of reproductive tract inflammation caused by Ureaplasma urealyticum infection in female mice has been successfully established.
