我国大陆高等职业教育处于上升阶段,在职业教育体系构建上还有待完善。台湾地区高等职业教育层次清晰,拥有完善的职业教育体系,与产业发展紧密相连,拥有完善的社会管理体系,注重学校内涵式的发展。通过对大陆和台湾地区高等职业教育体系情况进行比较综合分析,就借鉴台湾高等职业教育发展经验,创新产学结合创新型人才的培养模式,拓宽职业教育的发展渠道等方面提出建议。
The higher vocational education in mainland China is in the ascendant phase, and it still needs improvement in the construction of vocational education system. The level of higher vocational education in Taiwan is clear, with a sound vocational education system, closely linked with the development of the industry, a sound social management system, and a focus on the development of the connotation of schools. Through a comparative analysis of the situation of the higher vocational education system in mainland China and Taiwan, this paper gives some suggestions on how to learn from the experience of higher vocational education in Taiwan, how to innovate the training mode of combining innovative production with learning, and how to broaden the channels for the development of vocational education.
