采用板材试样,研究了Zr-Sn-Nb合金焊接接头在室温和375℃温度下的应变疲劳行为并和光滑样品进行了比较。结果表明,焊接试样的疲劳寿命不足光滑试样的一半,无论是在室温还是375℃,纵向试样的疲劳性能明显优于横向试样;其循环塑性应变幅与疲劳寿命之间遵循Coffin-Manson关系;焊接接头在不同温度和应变条件系,表现出不同的循环变形特征。观察了焊接样品的形貌,分析了断口特征。
The sheet samples were used to study the strain fatigue behavior of Zr-Sn-Nb alloy welded joints at room temperature and 375 ℃ and compared with the smooth samples. The results show that the fatigue life of welded specimens is less than half that of smooth specimens. The fatigue properties of longitudinal specimens are obviously better than those of transverse specimens at both room temperature and 375 ℃. The cyclic plastic strain amplitude and fatigue life follow Coffin- Manson relationship; welded joints at different temperature and strain conditions, showing different cyclic deformation characteristics. The morphology of welded samples was observed and the fracture characteristics were analyzed.
