目的对处方点评及不合理用药进行分析,促进抗菌药物的合理应用。方法 2010年4月至2011年3月,每月随机抽取处方400张,总计9600张,进行统计点评。结果抗菌药物使用率从46%下降到38.3%,其中注射剂使用率从70.8%下降到64.0%,抗菌药物不合理处方率从26.7%下降到8.7%。结论处方点评实施了药师对临床的用药监控,使不合格处方率呈下降趋势,提高了医生用药水平,保障了用药安全。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the prescriptions and irrational prescriptions to promote the rational use of antimicrobial agents. Methods From April 2010 to March 2011, a total of 400 prescriptions were randomly collected every month, totaling 9,600 and making statistical comments. Results The antimicrobial use rate dropped from 46% to 38.3%. The injections of injections decreased from 70.8% to 64.0%, and the irrational prescription rate of antimicrobials dropped from 26.7% to 8.7%. Conclusion The prescriptions reviewed the pharmacist’s clinical medication monitoring, so that the rate of substandard prescriptions showed a downward trend, which improved the level of doctors’ medication and ensured the safety of medication.
