不锈钢压力容器在使用过程中,常发生晶间腐蚀,是一种比较严重的破坏现象。因此,如何防止不锈钢的晶间腐蚀是化工压力容器设备制造厂的一个重要课题。含钛(铌)奥氏体不锈钢常规处理方法是采用固溶化和稳定化处理。最近有研究表明,对1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢在980℃以下进行固溶处理后可不再进行稳定化处理,这对压力容器制造厂来说,具有重大的现实意义、在保匠产品质量的前提下,既可以解决处理较大件的设备问题,又可缩短加热时间,节约能源,能够获得良好的综合性能,因此研究改进热加工工艺防止晶间腐蚀性能很有必要。
