大学产业合作是科技创新的重要推动力,将大学与产业在合作过程中的独立性和关联性考虑在内,建立了包含两个子系统的系统评价模型,并运用多系统DEA模型对30个省市的大学产业合作系统及两个子系统的R&D效率进行实证分析。研究发现,大学产业合作系统的R&D效率并非单纯受区域经济的影响,而与高校、企业双方在大学产业合作中的独立性、合作程度以及对大学产业合作的重视程度等密切相关。
University industrial cooperation is an important driving force for science and technology innovation. Taking into account the independence and relevance between university and industry in the process of cooperation, a systematic evaluation model with two subsystems is established. The multi-system DEA model is used to evaluate the competitiveness of 30 provinces City university industrial cooperation system and the two subsystems R & D efficiency of empirical analysis. The study found that the R & D efficiency of university industrial cooperation system is not simply affected by the regional economy but closely related to the independence and cooperation of universities and enterprises in university industrial cooperation and the importance attached to the industrial cooperation in universities.
