目的:探究老年心血管病患者护理中人文关怀的重要性和意义。方法:以金华市第二医院2014年3月~2015年3月期间收治的260例心血管患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用常规的护理方法,观察组患者在此基础上采用优质护理服务,对患者进行人文关怀。比较分析两组治疗有效率、对疾病相关知识知晓率及患者对护理工作的满意度。结果:观察组患者治疗有效率、对疾病相关知识知晓率及患者对护理工作的满意度均明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:对老年心血管病患者在护理中加强人文关怀,能够有效改善患者住院期间的生活质量,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective: To explore the importance and significance of humanistic care in elderly patients with cardiovascular disease. Methods: A total of 260 cardiovascular patients admitted from March 2014 to March 2015 in Jinhua Second Hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing care. Patients in the observation group used high-quality nursing services on the basis of this, and carried out humane care for the patients. A comparative analysis of two groups of treatment efficiency, awareness of disease-related knowledge and patient satisfaction with nursing. Results: The treatment efficiency, awareness of disease-related knowledge and patient satisfaction with nursing were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: To strengthen humane care in elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases can effectively improve the quality of life during hospitalization and improve patient satisfaction with nursing work.
