在企业发展进程中,企业文化有着推动性的作用,在良好的企业文化氛围下,企业能够获得稳定的长久发展。先进的企业文化是推动企业生存发展的原动力,是现代企业管理的一个重要组成部分。随着企业经济效益的不断提升,企业文化建设的需求也逐渐显现。企业生产经营中的文化附加值也在一定程度上推动了企业经济的发展。可以说,企业文化建设与企业经济发展两方面相辅相成。基于此,文章以企业文化的内涵为切入点,就当前企业经济发展过程中文化建设所起到的重要作用进行了深入探讨,并就企业如何加强文化建设以推动经济发展提出了相关建议。
In the process of business development, corporate culture has a catalytic role in the good corporate culture, companies can achieve stable long-term development. Advanced corporate culture is the driving force to promote the survival and development of enterprises and is an important part of modern enterprise management. With the continuous improvement of economic efficiency of enterprises, the demand for the building of enterprise culture is also gradually emerging. The added value of culture in the production and operation of enterprises also promoted the economic development of enterprises to a certain extent. It can be said that both corporate culture and economic development complement each other. Based on this, the article takes the connotation of corporate culture as an entry point, discusses in depth the important role played by the cultural construction in the current economic development of the enterprise, and puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the cultural construction and promote the economic development.
