腐败问题是我国目前面临的重大政治挑战,腐败现象的蔓延是由于各种原因所导致的,比如经济、文化和社会等多方面的影响,最重要的原因之一就是我国的反腐法律机制不够完善。目前来讲我国的反腐败斗争形势比较严峻,针对我国腐败问题、反腐败现状以及反腐败法律机制等的内容,我国借鉴国内外反腐败的成功经验进行了较为全面的研究和探讨。因此,我国反腐法律机制体系建设采取了重要措施,完善各项法律机制和构建反腐法律机制的构想。
Corruption is a major political challenge our country is facing now. One of the most important reasons for the spread of corruption due to various reasons such as economic, cultural and social impact is that the anti-corruption legal system in our country is not perfect . In the current context, the anti-corruption struggle in our country is rather grim. Against the background of our country’s corruption, anti-corruption and the anti-corruption legal system, our country conducted a more comprehensive study and discussion on the successful experience of anti-corruption at home and abroad. Therefore, China’s anti-corruption legal system system has taken important measures to improve the legal mechanisms and the anti-corruption legal mechanism to build the concept.
