目的了解清远市食品中铅、镉污染的情况。方法对清远市2005-2006年食品污染物监测结果进行统计分析。结果各类食品中铅的平均值范围是0.021～0.74mg/kg。合格率为88.6%。其中1份大米、5份蔬菜、1份花生、2份家禽肉类和4份豆类铅超标。各类食品中镉的平均值范围是0.003～0.34mg/kg。合格率为97.5%。其中2份大米和2份蔬菜镉超标。结论清远市主要的食品中铅、镉污染情况仍存在,今后应加强监督管理。
Objective To understand the pollution of lead and cadmium in food in Qingyuan City. Methods The results of food contamination monitoring in 2005-2006 in Qingyuan were statistically analyzed. Results The average value of lead in all kinds of food ranged from 0.021 to 0.74 mg / kg. The pass rate is 88.6%. One of the rice, 5 vegetables, 1 peanut, 2 poultry meat and 4 beans lead exceeded. The average range of cadmium in all kinds of food is 0.003 ~ 0.34mg / kg. The pass rate is 97.5%. Two of the rice and two vegetables exceeded the standard of cadmium. Conclusion The lead and cadmium pollution in the main foodstuffs in Qingyuan City still exists, and the supervision and management should be strengthened in the future.
