目的研究家庭功能对中学生童年期创伤经验与自尊的中介作用,为探索青少年修复创伤经验的途径提供依据。方法选用家庭功能评定量表、童年期创伤问卷及自尊量表对北京市6所中学的2785名中学生进行调查。结果中介回归分析结果显示,在考虑家庭总的功能情况下,童年期创伤经验总分对自尊的预测作用虽显著但已减弱。家庭功能中问题解决、沟通、角色对自尊具有显著的正向预测作用,同时考虑家庭功能时情感虐待、情感忽视和躯体忽视对自尊的预测作用虽显著但已减弱。结论家庭功能中问题解决、沟通和角色在情感虐待、情感忽视和躯体忽视与自尊的关系中具有部分中介作用。
Objective To study the mediating effect of family function on the childhood traumatic experience and self-esteem of middle school students, and to provide the basis for exploring the ways to repair the traumatic experience of adolescents. Methods A total of 2,785 middle school students from 6 secondary schools in Beijing were surveyed by using family function assessment scale, childhood trauma questionnaire and self-esteem scale. Results Intermediary regression analysis showed that the predictive value of childhood traumatic experience scores on self-esteem was significant but weakened considering the overall family function. Family functioning, problem solving, communication, and role play a significant positive predictive role in self-esteem, while emotional abuse, emotional neglect and somatic neglect have significant, but diminished, predictions of self-esteem. Conclusion Family problems, problem solving, communication and role play an intermediary role in the relationship between emotional abuse, emotional neglect, and physical neglect and self-esteem.
