近年来,伴随着我国机动车辆快速增长和普及,不法分子利用交通工具作案后从道路上逃逸的情形日趋突显,因此,如何充分利用车牌识别预警系统和交通管理系统的信息资源,实现警企联动,尽可能为公安交管部门及刑侦部门提供有价值的信息,已成为社会共同关注的问题。根据社会调查和实践成果,提出了对社会治安综合管理的若干建议,供参考。
