分散电镀是一种能够获得各种性能镀层的表面处理工艺,国内正在开发和利用。耐磨分散电镀可以赋予零件表面以镍基体上分布着高硬度微粒的镀层,从而有效地提高耐磨性。本文对钢丝圈分散镀层的耐磨性进行了研究,实验结果及分析表明,该工艺使钢丝圈的耐磨性得到明显提高。现场使用结果说明,分散镀钢丝圈比原工艺处理的钢丝圈的使用寿命提高0.5~1.0倍,具有较大的经济效益。
Disperse electroplating is a kind of surface treatment technology that can get all kinds of performance coatings, and is being developed and utilized in China. Wear-resistant dispersion plating can give parts of the surface of the nickel matrix distribution of high hardness particles coating, thereby effectively improving the wear resistance. In this paper, we study the wear resistance of the bead ring dispersion coating, the experimental results and analysis show that the process makes the bead ring wear resistance has been significantly improved. Field use results show that the dispersed steel travelers than the original process of life of the traveler increased by 0.5 to 1.0 times, with greater economic benefits.
