目的对检验科的血细胞分析仪管理和校准措施进行探讨。方法在2014年5月—2015年5月,检验人员对收集的100份血液标本进行常规的监测,并根据常规方法对仪器进行简单维护、管理;在2015年8月—2016年8月,检验人员对收集的100份血液标本依据检验管理制度、流程开展详细检测,并对仪器采取校准措施。对两段时间内血细胞分析仪的损坏评分、血液检测准确率、检测人员技术水平评分进行分析和对比。结果 2015年8月—2016年8月开展一系列管理、校准措施后,血细胞分析仪的损坏评分、血液检测准确率、检测人员技术水平评分均优于开展前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论科学管理、校准血细胞分析仪,有利于促进检验工作质量和效率提升。
Objective To discuss the management and calibration of blood cell analyzer in laboratory. Methods From May 2014 to May 2015, the inspectors routinely monitored the collected 100 blood samples and performed simple maintenance and management according to the conventional methods. From August 2015 to August 2016, the test Personnel collected 100 blood samples based on the inspection management system, the process of a detailed test, and calibration of the instrument to take measures. The blood cell analyzer damage score, the blood test accuracy rate and the technician’s skill level score in two periods were analyzed and compared. Results After a series of management and calibration measures were carried out from August 2015 to August 2016, the score of blood cell analyzer, the accuracy of blood test and the technical level of the testing staff were better than those before the test, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The scientific management and calibration of hematology analyzer will help to improve the quality and efficiency of testing.
