师范类院校的法学本科教育与政法类院校、综合类院校的法学本科教育相比具有趋同性,文章认为这种趋同性使得师范类院校的法学本科专业毕业生在就业市场竞争中处于不利地位,应改革师范类院校现有的法学本科教育,实行法学本科特色教育。应独立建构法学本科特色教育的组织机构,合理确立特色的人才培养目标定位,科学设置特色的人才培养课程体系,逐步完善特色的实践教学方法,加强培养特色的教师队伍,最终实现“人有我有,人无我有”的师范类院校法学本科教育办学特色。
