目的:探讨富马酸比索洛尔对生理性室性早搏患者血管内皮功能及自主神经功能的影响。方法:选择120例室性早搏患者(无冠心病及高血压),采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各60例。所有患者予以常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上口服富马酸比索洛尔片,对照组在常规治疗基础上口服心律平片,比较两组患者的临床疗效、自主神经功能指标和内皮功能指标。结果:治疗后观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组(χ2=9.41,P<0.05),两组的自主神经功能指标均有显著变化,且观察组的变化幅度较对照组大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时两组内皮功能指标变化幅度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:富马酸比索洛尔治疗室性早搏疗效显著,能有效改善患者心脏自主神经功能和血管内皮功能,进而有效缓解动脉痉挛,降低室性早搏的发生概率,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of bisoprolol fumarate on vascular endothelial function and autonomic nervous system function in patients with physiological premature ventricular contractions. Methods: 120 patients with premature ventricular contractions (no coronary heart disease and hypertension) were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 60 cases in each group. All patients were routinely treated. The observation group was treated with bisoprolol fumarate tablets on the basis of routine treatment. The control group was given oral cardioversion on the basis of routine treatment. The clinical efficacy, autonomic function and endothelial function were compared between the two groups . Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (χ2 = 9.41, P <0.05). The indexes of autonomic nervous function of the two groups changed significantly, and the changes in the observation group were larger than those in the control group (P <0.05). At the same time, the changes of endothelial function indexes between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Bisoprolol fumarate treatment of ventricular premature beats significantly effect, can effectively improve the patient’s cardiac autonomic nervous system function and vascular endothelial function, thereby effectively relieve arterial spasm and reduce the incidence of premature ventricular contractions, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
