本文报告了超声、X线导向经皮球囊扩张治疗布一加综合征14例。介绍了具体方法及步骤,并对手术前后病灶区域宽度,血管内压力作了对比统计。就术中观察内容及注意事项展开了讨论。我们认为此项技术对下腔静脉隔膜型及小范围节段型狭窄较为理想。
This article reports the ultrasound, X-guided percutaneous balloon dilation cloth plus plus syndrome in 14 cases. Introduced the specific methods and steps, and the lesion area width before and after surgery, intravascular pressure made a statistical comparison. On the intraoperative observation and precautions were discussed. We think this technique is ideal for inferior vena cava septum and small-sized segmental stenosis.
