Human rights merit global attention in the current era of globalization.The realization and protection of human rights is an important part of the process of global goveance.Meanwhile,global goveance plays a double role in the protection and development of human rights.On the one hand,global goveance and human rights have a lot in common,both calling for democracy under the rule of law and protection of citizen rights.On the other hand,to varying degrees global goveance weakens the authority of sovereign states.More often than not,global goveance is used as a pretext by some developed countries and inteational organizations for their interference in the domestic affairs of some nation states,thus adversely affecting human rights protection and dcvclopment in those nation states.
