果树的落花落果是造成果树低产、产量不稳定的重要因素,而授粉受精不良却常是落花落果的重要原因之一。为此,保证授粉受精的正常进行,已成为农业技术的一项重要措施。因而促进花粉萌发与受精生物学的研究已广泛引起重视。本试验拟就提高龙眼、荔枝、橄榄、枇杷等亚热带果树花粉萌发率的途径进行探讨,旨在为提高座果率采用人工授粉或其它农业措施提供科学依据。
Fruit fall and fall fruit tree is caused by low yield of fruit trees, yield an important factor of instability, pollination and poor fertilization is often one of the important reasons for falling. To this end, to ensure the normal pollination and fertilization, agricultural technology has become an important measure. Therefore, the promotion of pollen germination and fertilization biology has attracted wide attention. This experiment intends to improve the longan, litchi, olive, loquat and other subtropical fruit pollen germination rate of the way to explore, in order to improve the rate of fruit set by artificial pollination or other agricultural measures to provide a scientific basis.
