班主任是学校德育的中坚力量,是全班学生的组织者、领导者和教育者,是沟通学校、家庭与社会的桥梁,是联系班级和任课教师的纽带,从某种意义上说一个优秀的班主任就是一位教育家。在新时期全面推行素质教育的今天,要求我们必须理论联系实际,把班主任队伍建设作为学校工作的重点,而班主任的培训工作在整个班主任队伍的建设中具有特别重要的地位。笔者认为,其培训模式可以从以下几个方面展开:以学习促培训,提升理论业务水平
