目的 探讨人参二醇组皂甙 (Panaxadiolsaponins ,PDS)对肾小管细胞增殖的影响。方法 应用噻唑蓝 (thia zollblue ,MTT)染色法观察PDS对正常的和庆大霉素 (Gentamicin ,GM)损伤的肾小管细胞增殖的影响。结果和结论 在一定浓度范围内 (5~ 2 5 μg/ml)PDS促进正常肾小管细胞增殖 ,10 μg/mlPDS作用最明显。PDS浓度过高 (>75μg/ml)则抑制其生长 (P <0 .0 5 )。适量PDS可促进庆大霉素损伤肾小管细胞的增殖
Objective To investigate the effect of panaxadiolsaponins (PDS) on the proliferation of renal tubular cells. Methods Thia zoll blue (MTT) staining was used to observe the effect of PDS on normal and gentamicin (GM) injured tubular cell proliferation. Results and conclusions PDS promoted proliferation of normal tubular cells within a certain concentration range (5 to 25 μg/ml), and PDS had the most significant effect at 10 μg/ml. High PDS concentrations (>75 μg/ml) inhibited its growth (P < 0.05). Proper amount of PDS promotes proliferation of tubular cells in gentamycin injury
